The 2400 Lick Feeder

No doubt, the most versatile lick feeder in our range. It can still be moved around on a trailer or the tray of your Ute and hold 2.5 cubic meters of feed. The tyne socket locators make a handy addition when moving feeders to a different location.  Still well suited to finishing large amounts of lambs, in various different locations. 

After years of designing and product testing, we have created a superior design with exceptional features that meets everyday demands and responds very well to the harsh Australian climate.

• No rust. Over time all paint on welds will wear off or ‘thin out.’ This will eventually lead to welds rusting out or holes beginning to appear in your Lick Feeder. This will never happen with our self-assembly Lick Feeder as there are no welds at all.

• Very low grain wastage. This is thanks to the brilliantly designed feeding tray and feed restriction angle. The angle has 3 settings, allowing you to have the perfect grain flow to your stock.

• Lower freight costs. We are able to pack multiple lick feeders in an area that one assembled welded lick feeder would take up. This drastically reduces your freight costs by up to 50%

• Heavy-duty Galvanised design. Built strong for the Australian climate, our Galvanised Lick Feeder is protected from rust and oxidation. Each bolt and screw location on the feeders and bins has been calculated for maximum strength to the overall unit. 

• Adjustable grain flow rate and feeding height. They are designed for rams/ewes/lambs and are easy to use! Our Lick Feeders tick all the boxes for practicality. 

• Self-assembly structure. Lower freight costs, no rust from weld joints or unappealing spray paint marks! Includes a detailed self-assembly guide and after-sales support.

• Optional tyne location sockets and trailing chassis. We understand how important it is for farmers to need to move their sheep feeders around. That's why we offer the option to include forklift tynes on your sheep feeder. All our Lick Feeders and our Feed Out Bins are available on a trailing chassis.

• Optional higher leg. This allows the lick feeder to be used for weaner cattle as well.
